04 / Background
A career built across the whole digital stack.
I began in web design and front-end engineering, moved into UX and team leadership, then Agile delivery. That foundation still shapes how I approach cloud and platform work: understand the people using a system, make complexity visible, and build an operating model that lasts.
Most recently, I led cloud and DevOps platforms at Convatec, combining governance, FinOps, enterprise tooling and global team leadership.
